The Brandywine High School Band Boosters is a volunteer parent and guardian organization that supports all the instrumental music and color guard groups at BHS, including Concert Band, Symphonic Band, the "Blazers" Jazz Band, and the "Marching Wind, Percussion, and Visual Ensemble" (marching band). We meet on the first Thursday of every month.
Becoming a member of the BHS Band Boosters is the most important thing you can do to help ensure the success of all the Brandywine High School music and color guard programs. There is no substitute for active parent involvement in a child's education. Along the way you will make new friends and enjoy being part of a really enthusiastic and exciting program. Your children may not admit for years, but they will be glad that you were there. Join now!

Car Washes
Throughout the year, beginning with band camp, the band boosters sponsor a series of weekend car washes. these are minor fundraisers that help us raise extra money in the spring and fall, and give the students a chance to work together with the parents.
Fall Pizza and Spring Pretzel Sales
These are two more minor fundraisers that help us raise a few thousand dollars without expending lost of time and energy, and everyone loves the pizzas and pretzels.
Band Banquet
The Band Boosters host an annual Band Banquet to recognize the achievements and hard work of all the band members and staff. This is also our opportunity to honor senior class band and guard members, and thank them for their contributions.
Ways to Help
The band thrives on parent spectator support at football games, concerts, and competitions. Be it sunshine, rain, snow, or wind, cheers and encouragement will never go unnoticed and are always appreciated. Parent participation via the various committees and support groups are needed to promote and maintain continued success of this program. Active involvement allows parents to support their child's interest in the band, meet many other parents, and make new friends.
